Implementer candidates have the opposite problem to Auditors. The exam is less about modal-verb interpretation and more about applying clauses in a realistic implementation scenario - SoA writing, risk treatment plans, internal audit programmes, management review minutes. Pure clause recall will not get you across the line on its own. The resources below focus on the implementation-judgement clauses and the practical artefacts the exam asks you to produce or evaluate. ISO 42001 Lead Auditor
ISO/IEC 42001 was published in late 2023. Past papers do not exist. The first cohorts of certified 42001 Lead Auditors are still being seated. If you are sitting in the next few weeks, you are doing it without the multi-year deck of practice material that 27001 candidates take for granted. The resources below are built specifically for that gap. They cover the AI-specific audit-judgement clauses (6.1.4 impact assessment, 8.4 system impact, Annex A AI-tagged controls) that have no 27001 analogue and that catch the majority of first-time sitters.

ISO 42001 Lead Implementer
ISO 42001 LI is the implementation counterpart to the Lead Auditor credential. The exam tests whether you can take a real organisation through the AIMS lifecycle - scoping, planning, operations, internal audit, continual improvement - and apply the AI-specific clauses (6.1.4 system impact assessment, 8.4 impact treatment, Annex A control families) to a realistic scenario. 27001 LI experience buys you about half of the prep; the AI-specific implementation judgement is genuinely new content. The resources below are built for the half that does not carry across.
